An AI chatbot trained on your website
A visitor who cannot find an answer on your website leaves. The assistant answers from your pages at any hour, and from nothing else. It does not invent facts and it makes no promises on your behalf.
When it cannot answer, it says so, takes the visitor's details or brings in your team. You can read every answer it gave.
How the chatbot learns your business
AI Chat for Website reads your site by following the sitemap and the links between pages, and it respects robots.txt. Each page is cut into short passages, so the closest ones to a visitor's question can be found. It also writes a short description of your business from the site, which you can edit in the portal.
It reads JavaScript-built sites too
When a page comes back nearly empty and looks like a JavaScript app, it is opened in a headless browser and the finished page is read. Two limits: hash-routed apps, where addresses look like /#/pricing, are read as one page, and text inside iframes is not read.
It re-reads your site on its own
Your site is read again every week on paid plans and every month on the Free plan, counted from its last read. Pages whose words have not changed are skipped, and pages that are gone are dropped. You can also start a re-read from the portal.
Add what your website does not say
Add notes for facts that are not on the website, and the assistant uses them like pages. You can also write standing instructions for the assistant.
How it answers a visitor
Every visitor message first passes a topic gate: the assistant only discusses your business, meaning what you offer, prices, hours, locations, policies and how to get in touch. Then the closest passages from your site are retrieved and the model answers from those only. The answer is checked before it is shown, and an answer that fails the check is withheld and replaced.
Short answers with their source pages
Answers are two to four sentences or a few bullets. Each one shows the pages it came from, so a visitor can read the full page.
Links only to your own pages
Links in answers only go to pages on your own website. A link to an address the model was not shown is removed before the visitor sees the answer. You can list up to 8 key links, such as sign up, pricing, contact or booking, that the assistant should send visitors to.
In your visitor's language
The assistant replies in the language the visitor writes in.
What it will not do
The assistant stays inside your website and your notes. It will not:
- Invent prices, policies, availability, dates, guarantees or services.
- Make bookings, quotes, discounts or promises.
- Talk about anything but your business.
- Pretend to be a person.
- Link to other websites.
- Keep going with an abusive visitor.
You can see and correct everything
Nothing the assistant says is hidden from you. The portal keeps every conversation, and it tells you where your website left a visitor without an answer.
Try it before your visitors do
Ask the assistant your visitors' usual questions from the portal before the widget goes on your site. Those test questions do not count toward the monthly message allowance.
Read every conversation
Each conversation in the portal shows what the assistant said, the pages it used, any answer the check withheld, and the visitor's helpful or not helpful marks.
Gaps show you what your website does not answer
When a visitor needed something the site did not cover, the assistant records it. The portal lists those gaps so you know what to add to the site or to the notes.
A lead generation chatbot that does not nag
A question the assistant cannot settle still ends with the visitor's details in your email, instead of a visitor who left. The assistant asks for a name and the best email or phone number only once, and never insists. You can switch the asking off entirely.
Every lead emailed with the full conversation
Every lead is emailed to your business with the name, email, phone, what it was about, the source and campaign the visitor arrived from, and the whole conversation. Replying to the email replies to the visitor.
A better contact form
A contact form makes the visitor wait, and the message can sit unanswered. Here the visitor gets an answer now, and you still get their details when the assistant cannot answer or they want to be contacted.

Frequently asked questions
How does the chatbot learn about my business?
It reads your site by following the sitemap and links, and it respects robots.txt. It also uses any notes and standing instructions you add in the portal.
Can I train it on documents or PDFs?
No. The assistant learns from your website and the notes you add in the portal, and nothing else.
What happens when the AI does not know the answer?
The assistant says it is not sure and offers to pass the question to your team. It never invents services, prices, availability, dates, guarantees or policies.
Will it make up prices or promises?
No. It answers only from your pages, and it cannot make bookings, quotes, discounts or promises. It tells the visitor how to do those, or offers your team.
How often does it re-read my website?
Every week on paid plans and every month on the Free plan. Unchanged pages are skipped and pages that are gone are dropped. You can also start a re-read from the portal.
Is this ChatGPT?
No. The model is self-hosted and runs on our own hardware, and conversations are not sent to a third-party AI provider.
Where do the leads go?
Leads are emailed to the address set for the site, or to every verified team member if no address is set. They are also listed in the portal.
Stop losing visitors to unanswered questions
Sign up and enter your website address. Once the site is read, ask the assistant your visitors' questions in the portal before the widget goes anywhere near your site.
